Setelah tanggal 5 Mei 2016 lalu, Atlus mengumumkan tanggal rilis untuk Persona 5 versi Jepang, akhirnya Atlus mengumumkan versi Barat dari game ini. Persona 5 berbahasa Inggris akan meluncur di wilayah Amerika Utara bertepatan dengan hari Valentine tahun 2017 untuk PS4 dan PS3. Persona 5 versi Inggris ini hanya menyediakan English voice acting.
Selain tanggal rilis, Atlus juga mengumumkan Steelbook Launch Edition bagi Anda yang melakukan pre-order dan “Take Your Heart” Premium Edition, untuk para kolektor.
