[Recap] Summer Game Fest 2025

Bubarnya acara game tahunan paling bergengsi di Amerika Serikat, Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), membuat banyak publisher kehilangan tempat untuk memamerkan game-game terbaru mereka. Sebagai pimpinan dari yayasan The Game Awards, Geoff Keighley melihat kekosongan ini sebagai peluang hingga akhirnya mencanangkan sebuah program digital baru untuk menjadi wadah para publisher memamerkan game mereka dengan skala yang masif bernama Summer Game Fest.

Pada hari Sabtu, 57Juni 2025, tepatnya pukul 04.00 WIB, acara Summer Game Fest kembali ditayangkan secara livestreaming yang didukung oleh banyak publisher third-party ternama seperti Capcom, Square Enix, Bandai Namco, SEGA dan lain sebagainya. Berdurasi sekitar 2 jam, banyak sekali game-game keren baru yang diperkenalkan di sini, salah satunya adalah Resident Evil 9 yang diberi nama Requiem.
